Hey y’all! Me and my roommate are looking to sublease our large bedroom in a 2-bedroom / 1-bath apartment in Westwood for the summer. The apartment is located on 691 Levering Ave, about a 10-minute walk from UCLA and Westwood. The sublease runs from June through August 31. The room comes with mattresses, desks, chairs, and fans. Utilities average around $50/month. The apartment has one other tenant living in a separate smaller room, and the bathroom is shared. The other tenant is a UCLA graduate in music/film who mostly keeps to himself. Laundry is available in the building. Applicants need to be students as part of the building application/approval process. There is also a one-time $100 processing fee. Because of allergies in the unit, peanuts and sesame are not allowed. Feel free to message me!
